Separate from the main living area is a walk-in dressing area and closet with the original built-in vanity.

The bathroom, adjacent to the dressing area, has a pedestal sink, cast iron bathtub, and stunning black and white tile on the floor and walls.

Reserved street-parking is available in front of the building and along North Doheny Drive.

This parking is by permit, purchased by the tenant from the City of Beverly Hills.
